Your Journey With Swell
Following contact with Swell and informing us of your requirements, we may invite you to a more detailed meet and greet consultation where we will discuss your ideas in more detail; this is on a chargable basis. You will be informed of the cost at that time.

An estimate for works will be issued following consultation, and is valid for 14 or 30 days from date of issue (dependent upon the work required and materials to be used).

Upon acceptance of the estimate, a holding deposit is required to secure your build/project booking date. Holding deposits are a commitment to buy and are therefore non-returnable.
This will then be followed by staged payments, the first of which is usually required 4-6 weeks prior to the commencement date as materials/parts require advance ordering due to manufacturing lead times.
All invoices will be issued by email and must be paid upon presentation.
The final balance invoice will be invoiced upon completion.
Once all funds have cleared, you can drive away smiling and begin your onward journey...

Conversion and Installation
Terms & Conditions
Please ensure your vehicle is delivered with the fuel tank almost empty.
This is especially important when we are to install a diesel heater as the fuel tank is removed from the vehicle chassis. If the fuel tank is too heavy due to high fuel levels, we will drain the fuel tank.
All vehicles to arrive at our workshop internally and externally clean, including the base for scheduled conversion works. Should your vehicle not arrive clean, a cost of £75.00 per hour will be added to your bill to cover the cost to rectify this to enable us to commence the job.

All customer belongings and personal items must be removed from your vehicle prior to your arrival at the workshop. This includes service records, child safety seats, floor mats, CD's etc.
We will not be held responsible for the safe keeping of any personal items.
The only items required to be left in your vehicle is the jack, brace kit and locking wheel nut.

Please provide the radio and locking wheel nut codes to the workshop crew upon handing over your vehicle keys. Thank you.
